Hello I am not an engineer or possible not smart at all. I download all the software and update and when I start the calibration process and try to retract chain the motors don’t move. All is connected and green light on the brain. Thank you

the common cause of this is that the power is plugged into the arduino power
plug rather than the motor card power plug.
