Custom PCB Mounting Plate for 220 V Router DeWalt D26200-QS with 90° Cable Exit for Maslow 4.1
The standard Maslow PCB mounting plate is designed for the 110 V US version of the router. The European 220–240 V version Router DeWalt D26200-QS has a different top cover and slightly different geometry, so the original mounting plate does not fit correctly.
I designed an alternative PCB mounting plate specifically for the European version.
The main improvements are:

Compatibility with the 220–240 V European router version.

Modified mounting geometry for the different top cover.

A 90-degree cable exit instead of the straight cable outlet used in the original design.

Improved clearance around the Maslow power connector.

The cable no longer sticks straight out and interferes with the power connection.
The part was printed and tested on my Maslow. It fits the European router and keeps the cable routed away from the Maslow power connector.
Recommended print settings:

Material: PETG or another heat-resistant material.
