My 2d contour cuts are spot on. The 2d pocket are not coming out correctly. About 1/8 short. Tried adaptive option and the same thing happens… I’ve unchecked leave extra stock so I’m not sure what’s going on

I don’t have much experience with Fusion 360, so I can’t speak to the settings there. Have you checked the GCode to see if it’s showing the correct Z depth? If it’s showing the right depth, it might be a hardware issue.

It seemed to be a twofold issue… I noticed my verticals cuts where off but not horizontally. Read something about rotational radius needing to be close to 140mm. Mine was off below 130mm so did a quick recalibrate and all was good .
