I accidentally caused one of the heatsinks for the motor controllers to come off. Is there a preferred thermal paste / glue for this?

Too new to this and was only familiar with thermal paste. Reading online thermal glues can be problematic as they can cause it to break the chip instead, but it seems like thermal paste won’t really hold.

I have a Version 4.1 and was in the process of upgrading the firmware when this got bumped.

I think that pretty much any thermal glue should be OK, I’ve never heard of it breaking the chip 😀
