# How to start back up

This is going to sound … Silly. I haven’t used my Maslow in about 2 months. I went to fire it up today and I can’t get ground control to communicate with the Arduino. Everything looks connected, and is on, but there is no movement in the motors. Thoughts? Suggestions? Is there a check list I’m missing? Thank you!

i would check the com port first. if you plugged the usb cable into a different port than what you used last time the com port will change. if that is not it, post some pictures of the setup, sometimes it’s something simple that is just over looked.

I had to manually select the com port as well. You can do that in the GC software.

The port com was exactly the issue! Thank you folks I didn’t even think a different port would affect it.
