For information only - problem solved.
I was using a pencil modification to draw a large nc file when Maslow started emitting load clicks and moving erratically. It then tightened opposing belts TL and BR while the other two belts went slack, and Maslow failed with a position error message.
After powering off and disconnecting anchors I retracted the belts and could hear a clicking noise as they retracted. I then set the retract force to 200 and extended the belts, Retracted again (no movement as force too low) then extended the belts all the way out. I lifted the Maslow up side down and some sawdust and a nut fell out (I don’t know where the nut came from but I suspect it is one of the ones holding the Arm together). I then reset the retract force to 800 and retracted the belts. On reconnecting the Maslow is again working correctly.
