Hello, since the 1.17 update, I’ve had a problem with one of the two Z-axis motors on my Maslow. I updated via USB cable. I tested both motors by swapping the connections. The motor on the side that wasn’t working works on the other side, and vice versa, so the motors are logically functional. Furthermore, the assembly worked for a few seconds during the tests on two or three occasions, but no more. So I imagine the problem isn’t software-related… I updated to 1.15, just in case, and to 1.10… same result. However, I tested the continuity between the four pins in the connector and their respective solder points on the PCB, just in case, and it seems to be working. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance! ---

Hallo, ich habe meine Maschine auch erst in Betrieb genommen. Bei Z Motoren bewegen sich nicht. Der Lüfer geht an, aber es bewegt sich nichts. Woran kann das Liegen? ---

Hello, I have just started up my machine as well. The Z motors are not moving. The fan turns on, but nothing moves. What could be the reason? Do you have Maslow 4.1? Possible reasons: 1. Hallo, Maschine ist nicht im Alarm Zustand. Habe die Motoren von der Grundplatte abgeschraubt. Beide Motoren lassen sich mit den Fingern Leicht drehen. Daran wird es wohl nicht liegen. ---

The first thing that comes to mind is that the Maslow.yaml file tells the machine which pins to use for the stepper motors, and maybe it becamse corrupted somehow. Can you try deleting the Maslow.yaml file and uploading a fresh one? Can you please also attach the log file (it can be downloaded using the blue buton in the bottom right)? That will give us more information about what could be happening. Als Erstes fällt mir ein, dass die Datei „Maslow.yaml“ die Pins für die Schrittmotoren festlegt und möglicherweise beschädigt ist. Könnten Sie bitte die Datei „Maslow.yaml“ löschen und eine neue hochladen? Könnten Sie bitte auch die Protokolldatei anhängen (sie kann über den blauen Button unten rechts heruntergeladen werden)? Das würde uns weitere Informationen zur Fehlerursache liefern. ---
