After successful calibration on the first go, I’m attempting to run my first cuts and getting Z but no X-Y movement.

When the program is running, the pink dot representing the machine is moving around the tool-path on the display, but no physical X-Y movement from the machine itself. The machine IS moving up/down with the Z correctly, however the machine just sits at its X-Y home and only moves up and down with the program.

Hoping I missed something simple. I’ve tried reinstalling the files/updating to no avail.

This issue typically means that the machine doesn’t know the lengths of it’s belts (so it won’t move them because it might not be safe to do it). You probably need to retract the belts fully and then extend them again and you should be good to go.
