First it’s pricey but you’ll never need to fight to change a bit ever again. This thing is called a musclechuck and has a version for the 611. I’ve seen them before but couldn’t justify the purchase until now. I bought it, got it in today, installed it and cut a segmented tray with it. No issues so far. I had my eye on those a while back but they didn’t used to have a 1/4 inch version, awesome to see that they have one now and that it works!
