How close is close? I am in northwest Indiana and considering selling.
No longer looking. After wife saw pics of the size of the assembled unit, my plan for installing in our garage was vetoed. 
You can modify it so it will sit flat against the wall. Dexter, MO $600 complete with 3/4 backer and 3/4 MDF Full Sheets.
