Directly entering XY coordinates to position Maslow

With the ability to resume after a shutdown, without Retract and Extend being used, these are less needed in general. They are still available when required. I expect other useful functions will emerge over time, though I don’t know what yet, which will need a place readily available.

What about extend and retract? Those seem like they are useful in both cases

I think it’s better to have the functionality available in multiple places
(where each place is focused on a particular workflow) rathe than have either
one place that includes all options (confusing because of too many options) or
forcing people to go back and forth to different places as they are working.

The key to making this work is to make sure you aren’t duplicating code to
implement the same functionality in multiple places, but to have the buttons
in different places all invoke the same call to the firmware.
