Lifting sled during calibration

Hi all,

I’m very new to the Maslow community. We purchase our first Maslow a few months ago and I’m still working on a few kinks before we begin cutting.

1 snapped belt later, It seems like the calibration process is starting to work out! However, the sled is lifting during calibration. Is there a reason for this? Im working on a vertical frame. wondering if the two top arms need to be located at the top of the router. Currently the top arms are at the bottom of the stack. Any input? Has anyone successfully fixed this issue?

The order of the arms does matter, the Zoffset values in the maslow.yaml file
assume the order of the arms matches the instructions.

many people have found that the default 15 degee tilt is not enough and have to
go to 20-25 degrees.

Oops! Thank you David.

I swapped the arms around when doing the belt repair. It’s fixed now and currently calibrating. The sled lifting issue seems to be a lot better now that the arms are installed properly.
