Since the default frame size is 8x10 for a 4x8 (I apologize to the rest of the world for the choice of units…) workspace, is the same calibration offset always used for the X and Y directions?

Here is 0.64.3 which adds configuration options to the calibration process.

Maslow_calibration_offset_X: 500
Maslow_calibration_offset_Y: 500
Maslow_calibration_size_X: 11
Maslow_calibration_size_Y: 9

You can now set the offset for the calibration grid corners in both the X and Y directions (on a long narrow frame having them be the same doesn’t make sense) and also set the number of points in the calibration pattern.

This is particularly useful for testing when you don’t want to wait for the whole pattern to run. A setup like

Maslow_calibration_offset_X: 1200
Maslow_calibration_offset_Y: 900
Maslow_calibration_size_X: 2
Maslow_calibration_size_Y: 2

Will give you a nice little 4x4 grid right in the middle of the frame which won’t take very long to run.
