Hi!
My belt got snapped twice on the same motor. It snaps on the connection point where you have to put the belt on and add a bit of glue.
My retraction force is set to 1400, would that be the cause of the issue?
Everything is greased up, because it wouldn’t fully retract all belts.
Thanks

is there a way for you to not extend as far? (leave one full wrap around the
spool so there’s less tension on that?

1400 should not be enough to cause a problem.

Thanks for your reply.
There are actually a couple of wraps around the spool when the belts are extracted, as my frame is only 2.24mx2.24m.
Somehow it still pulled the belt out with a couple of wraps on the spool.

that’s very odd. were all the notches in the spool filled with the belt? or is
it possible that only the last notch in the belt was in the spool?

The belt was fully inserted in all notches. The first time it happened, the belt was pulled out of the spool. The second time, the belt snapped right after the connection with the spool.
