I havent had a chance to circle back and look at this part f his code yet but this explanation makes sense.

I noticed that the ‘hole’ function n Fusion creates this problem. Pretty crazy.

I suppose if you were machining a really hard material this might be appropriate, but not for my material selection, plastic.

Says a lot about Fusion.

I changed to ‘Bore’ in my design and the hundreds of spiral cuts have gone away.

Thanks for catching this.

Now if I could just solve my Z-axis problem I might actually be able to cut something

Was this what you referring to when you said your Z-axis cycles several times before each cut?
