Candy Cart? Project files

Has anyone built a Candy cart? I have seen a ton of Files for little table top candy carts, but I would like to build a much larger Free standing one. My moms 70th Bday / Retirement is coming up and we are doing a Sock Hop themed Party, and they want to do a Candy table… I want to build a cart!

If I buy This File From Etsy, can someone modify it for me?

I wasnt to Build it 32" Long x 41" High. but I do not want to use 8MM Material. I want to make it out of 1/8" material. I am assuming since it’s Flat Pack, the Tabs will have to be modified. Can any one do this for me?
