As I said, no blue light and no it is not creating a new network. I have tried restarting it multiple times….

Do you have a green power light but no blue light and no red light?
The green light is has power, the blue light is for connected to an external wifi network, and the red light is for if there is an error

But you don’t see a “Maslow” WiFi network available to join?
No Maslow wifi… I’ll check again but I didn’t see one

When you power it up do you hear a little hum while the stepper motors are powering up?
That will tell us that the firmware is booting.
It’s possible to change the name of the Maslow wifi network to something else. Could that be the case here?
Fully wiping everything back to factory settings using a USB install is an option to get back to a known state, but it will erase all of your settings.
