I think packing if really well into a properly sturdy box with plenty of padding should work. Insured for the full value. this will make shipping more expensive but seems worth it to me. If you could weigh it and measure how big a box is needed I could get some shipping quotes. Does it include a router?

Canada Post regular parcel is about $100 for 20 lbs, 18”x18”x18”, insured. Gets here in seven days.
Please be generous with packing and padding it.
Paying for shipping:
- If you can send me the weight and dimensions of the final package, I can pay for a shipping label (with insurance) and email it to you. All you need to do then is take the package and a print out of the label to a post office and they will do the rest at no charge to you. If it gets damaged or lost I can claim the insurance directly.
Or
- You can pay for shipping and insurance yourself and then I send you the cost once it’s shipped. If it gets damaged or doesn’t arrive it would be up to you to make the insurance claim and then refund me.
Option 1 seems best to me but I am fine with 2 if you prefer it.
