Need to take Maslow 4.1 off its frame before cutting?

Hi,

I finished setting up my Maslow 4.1 yesterday and successfully ran the calibration.

Today I tried to turn it on but it didn’t want to move. The option Apply tension was greyed out, and stayed greyed out after pressing Retract all and Extend all.

I then took my Maslow off my frame and restarted it, retracted all, extended all and put it back on the frame. Now the Apply tension button lit up and I could successfully move it around.

Is there a way that I can make it work without getting it off the frame every time?

Unfortunately no. The Maslow needs to retract all belts and extend all after a power off in order to calculate its position. This is being worked on but no solution yet.

Okay, thank you!

@Dylan_Taft 's bungee hack has been a life saver. It’s really changed how I feel about the process. I’m tackling other challenges with the boot/load effort, but this is no longer one of them.
