So far I haven’t had any issues. The guy who broke the bit never mentioned what kind of machine he was running, feed rate or depth of cut. I doubt you would be able to snap it in a Marlow setup.

Do you have any pictures of some raw cut edges on furniture grade plywood?
I haven’t created anything yet with good quality plywood, just the stuff I had laying around. But all the things I have done and posted on the forum have been with the bit such as Stand-up Desk. I’m almost gone through all the miscellaneous plywood I have and then to the nearest place around here that sells quality plywood, it’s around 50 miles away.
