I have finally reached the point where i could make a test cut! Bar made some new videos and i should have watch them, every of my problem was described… but this one? I am not sure if it comes from belt guide or not.
I am now on the garage floor, and the noises begin only in on direction coming always from 1 specific arm depending the direction. The noise is created for example when unspooling the top left belt when jogging direction bottom.
I do not believe that it comes from the missing height of the anchor.
When push the belt from the affected arm against the inside “idler wheel?” (Teeth against wheel ) , the noise stops
I set the retracting force to 1600 because one of the belt (random) wasn’t retracting.
What do thou think do i really need to open all the arms again?
So after taking a break and opening everything to see that nothing is wrong appart of cheap little bolds which should hold the gear always falling off and impossible to tighten because the allen key input is just the biggest crap i ever saw.
I am just dissapointed and frustrated with this machine, i am DONE with it.
it would fly out of my window if would would not use the hardware to build other machines.
I lost the war, after hundred of hours repeating the same shit, retract all, extend all!! for what? nothing!
Open that machine 10 times, with not even a bit of hope at the end because i knew that horrible thing doesn’t want to be my friend.
I never had such feeling that i lost my money and time as with that thing, and when i see every one else cutting stuff, it makes me just more angry.
I just realised that even if i would make that thing work, i just don’t want to repeat just once again that rectract and extend, this is just so stupid and time consuming.
Even made it cut once because out of luck it calibrated but as soon as i restart and have to REPEAT, it tells me that i have to re-calibrate haha, come on!
Sorry guys can’t stay positive, this was just to much, if feel free now, that nightmare just ended.
Hope you having all fun with it as long it will work.
