The Meticulous Z-Axis

Installed the clamp today. I used M6 hardware all around.

M6x40 Socket cap (4)
M6 nuts (8)
Phillips rounded head M6x60 (4)
M6 fender washers (4)

Fender washers go on the underside of the carrier.

I used a 15/64 drill bit to remove flashing and any left over support material from all the holes in the clamp. The 6mm socket heads will fit tight, but I like the fit. Once I got the socket head screws to slide in all the way (before they were trying to thread in) I used my impact to spin them which made the heads fit better in the recessed holes. I McGyvered the washers and nuts on the bottom using the following trick.

The rest is pretty self explanatory.
