My latest project was a workshop-activity at a family camp. The kids could work on a wooden sword and decorate them. I cut out the blanks and my brother-in-law lasered a bible verse into the side of the swords. Here are some pictures:

Those look AWESOME! I love the woven handles! My first thought was “how does the handle stay attached?” But then I looked closer at some of the cutting pictures and I can see that you added ridges for exactly that. Very nice design!
