3D sign effect on acrylic/plexiglass sheet

Anyone here successfully cut 3D effect on acrylic sheet like the example below? Thinking of getting one but would love the feedback from users here with their experience on Maslow.
Since it support all X, Y, Z axis, I think it is all down to software and router bit.
(Picture here is a 5mm cast acrylic cut from conventional router machine)

The technique you are looking for is typically called “V-Carving” because it uses a v shaped bit to create the pattern. Searching for “v carve” in the forums should find you some pointers and examples like this:

Acrylic can be tough to cut cleanly because it tends to melt.

Thanks for your advice. Definitely will look into it! I think the melting part can be solve by replacing bit for plastic cut.
