A place to keep our videos

I was just looking at a thread and there was a video in it - It hit me to see such a video i have to find a thread and then locate a video in that thread. It would be cool if there were a way to make a pool or library of all videos that is searchable.

Any ideas on how we as a community can achieve this.

a new channel in youtube for example? called, Community Maslow, or something like that

If we just tag them all in youtube a search of YouTube could work, right?
