you should round the hole to the slot
I just made an arc in the two corners made them tangent to the circle and slot and the qual diameter to the circle
it makes it MUCH easier to insert the belt as you don’t need to fold the belt into a sharp bend at the end of the slot
just copies the workspace and edited sketch 2 and everything ‘just worked’
