I seemingly lost the button pusher I printed before so figured I’d take the time to do a little revision. As @Markus_Rinn and @wjwnz pointed out I thought this could be printed without supports. This version prints without supports. I did use a small brim, but you could probably get away without it if your bed is nice and clean.

We need to work on a better way to share great designs like this. I’ll link it in the not shop, but I’m also going to work on something better to share projects like this.
Maybe an accessories or add-ons shop?
Is there a full CAD assembly model of the entire M4? I assume that is how this, and other, accessories have been designed but I can’t seem to find the full assembly model?
In particular though, I suppose this interfaces with the router so maybe it’s more of a question for if CAD of the DeWalt Router is available online.
Either way, if not, then this community is amazing at using calipers and translating measurements of interfaces into functional CAD and parts!

Does this have to be scaled down when printed? I’ve printed two of these so far, and neither one fits.
It shouldn’t, at least it didn’t need to be scaled down for me
