here are some logs you guys can check them out.

The thing that pops out to me most is these two:

[MSG:INFO: All belts extended to center position]
[MSG:INFO: Retracting all belts]
[MSG:INFO: Top Right pulled tight with offset 0.258]
[MSG:INFO: Top Left pulled tight with offset 0.075]
[MSG:INFO: Bottom Right pulled tight with offset 6.485]
[MSG:INFO: Bottom Left pulled tight with offset 0.172]
[MSG:INFO: Extending all belts]
[MSG:INFO: All belts extended to center position]
[MSG:INFO: Retracting all belts]
[MSG:INFO: Top Right pulled tight with offset 0.193]
[MSG:INFO: Top Left pulled tight with offset -0.021]
[MSG:INFO: Bottom Right pulled tight with offset -6.646]
[MSG:INFO: Bottom Left pulled tight with offset -0.032]

In both of those the bottom right belt is off, which would fit with a magnet slipping. The part that I can’t figure out is why it would be off by exactly the opposite amount the second time. That feels like something else to me.

If you do it a couple more times do you see anything funky with that bottom right one or was that a one time thing?

here is another one and the only thing that I can see and feel is shaking when the belt is being extracted.
