So frustrating. I’m uk based so this is taking forever to get sorted with the time difference. It’s better today but when I try and calibrate the bottom belts don’t go tense. They stay slack.
I still get the restarting fitness constant scrolling message in the code.
Just says calculated fitness to low. It’s a Maslow 4 and just upgraded the firmware. This is the first time using it since it arriving last August. Something isn’t right. !!!

The bottom 2 belts are almost fully extending during calibration. It’s almost perfectly centre when I hang it on the frame. Then it runs calibration and completely goes off the ply.
This sounds to me like the machine thinks that it’s in horizontal mode. It’s not expecting gravity to be pulling down on it like that which is why it goes off the bottom.
Can you double check the setting for horizontal vs vertical mode is correct?
Also check the Maslow orientation, the power to the maslow board must be coming out in a down direction. I had a similar problem when I mounted mine vertically and had the power pointing up. I also have a 240V router..
so this looks to have sorted it not falling off the board. but i am still getting fitness to low scrolling messsage keeps restarting. any advice? @bar ?

@bar@ian_ab so it looks like the calibration is better now. i did a full rest and new index and maslow.yaml file
its running through the fitness which is now around 0.6 but its at fitness figure in 70000 how many times does it do it? it hasnt restarted but seems to be going on for a long time?
ITS ALIVE!!! finally after lots of troubleshooting its working. !! main problem was the board and the maslow and index files i think. thank you everyone for the help!
