That looks great to me! Are you still having any sort of issues?

I did not start a job yet. A bit cautious since I don’t want to keep burning $22 work sheets. I will try the job with the router on but at a Z that will not cut……

So close. I had the router off, z raised a bit and just let it run. It starts at the upper right and ran until it got to the far left. I did not have my XY home set quite right and it was guessing about 50mm farther left than it should have been. The lower left belt started to slack within about 400mm - 600mm from the left side and did not recover.

Does this only happen when you are working close to the edge of the sheet?

Some folks have reported a very similar issue and widening the area covered by the calibration grid was the fix. But they were only seeing that happen near the edges of the sheet.

Hi friends. Back after having to do other things.
I re-ran the calibration and increased it to 1500x600 and 7x7. Ran like a champ.

Is there an explainer for what the settings and resulting numbers mean?

I also took my part and scaled it down a bit to 80” x 16”, Everything cut great.

it would be helpful if you could post the logs you are asking about. There is a LOT of stuff put in the logs

I can go into deep detail about every line in a log, but since I run with debugging on and have added extra logging to what I’m running, it would be much cleaner to talk about your logs :slight_smile:
