Hello,
I have Maslow 4.
After succesfully cutting ~6 boards, I suddenly started getting this serror:
[MSG:WARN: Bad connection on Top Left encoder, failed to read 23 times in the last second]
[MSG:ERR: Failure on Top Left encoder, failed to read 123 times in the last second]
I switched the ethernet cable with a cable from a different motor, but the issue is still there.
I updated to the latest firmware .88 and I am getting the same error.
Any idea what can be wrong or what I can do?
I ordered the JST-XH cable and board, will that help?

blow out the connectors and make sure the ethernet cable is fully seated (and
tests good), then hot glue it to keep it from moving

This is exactly the problem that the JST version was created to fix.
Thank you Daniel! I realized that the board has still the ethernet connectors so I would need to order all the components and the board as well, will try the hot glue first.
