Comes with a rigid router and new cutting bit. The controller is a new Ardiono, tested and working. The old unit was bad and the new one will need calibrated. I have the frame but it was modified to be a wall mount. The top rail is warped and will need to be replaced. I will sell it with our without the frame. $350 with our $300
