Free space between belts and spindle

Before trying a cut, I noticed there is a large space and free movement between the belts and the router/spindle. Is that normal?
Video shows an example, but that’s the case for all belts.

That seems like more play than I would expect there. Which router are you using?

I am using a spindle with @md8n’s design.

This is the spindle:https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006318067241.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.10.266318027MB6MH

This is the relevant post with the design: M4 Router Be Gone (installed the spindle)

You may need to print a slightly thicker outer sleeve to take up that slack space.

I did run into the issue, but I think I may have forgotten to mention it in my thread.

You’ll know it’s the correct diameter if you can only just get everything in there with the clamp wedges completely undone.

Thanks.
It seems like the upper and lower parts are tight, but the four middle parts (belt holders) are with larger diameter.
Did you work on an assembly model by any chance? Anywhere I can find a cad model of the belts assembly?

Alternatively, will you share the final files you printed?
It would be very helpful since I am using the same exact spindle
