software will work.

manual work, so it’s not practical yet.

What model Toshiba? It should be near the screen, or on a sticker on the bottom. Toshiba has made a whole lot of different models, with different processors and other innards
I had the same problem as this. I checked all my lap top Pcs, quite old as around 2010 and all my desk top Pcs as well. Then it turned out that you may need whatever it is, a lap top or a desk top, it should have powerful a graphic card, like for gaming or for HD movies. So one for business or office use would not have those. You need one of GeForce, Radeon or Nvidia, not like a card on the intel chip or something like that.
On the other hand, almost all Mac books has powerful ones. So I was going to buy one but I found a core 2 duo lap top with Radeon card, instead…It doesn’t cost much, from 60 to 100.
If you are having hp laptop then just downloading the latest firmware will help you a lot I guess. Simply visit hp customer assistant and do the needful.
