I could really use some help here

Hey all, I’m trying to decide bits for two materials and could use input.

¾" plywood:
-General cutting for clean edges with minimum tearout?
-Detailed inner cut work (intricate inside geometry)

ACM (aluminum composite panel):
-General cutting- bit / flute geometry for clean edges without gumming up?
-Detailed inner cut work-

Anything is helpful:
-Bit diameter and type (compression, upcut, downcut, straight, O-flute, etc.)
-Flute count
-Any feed/speed or DOC starting points you’ve found that work on the Maslow specifically

I generally cut everything at about 2000mm/min and then I just change the depth of the cut based on what I am cutting (softer wood, or if I don’t care about the quality so much I will go deeper, harder wood or if I want a better finish I will go shallower). I cut some 1/2 inch sandy plywood from home depot yesterday and I did it in two passes because I wanted it to look nice, but I think one pass would have been OK too

I have a piece sitting in my garage to test with, but I haven’t tried it yet. My experience with aluminum is that generally for me it has worked better to cut in one pass than to try to do multiple because of gumming up the router bit, but I am far from an expert

What kind of router bit did you use to cut the plywood? Diameter?
