Has anyone run into this issue where some paths will not generate a tool path? If I inspect the path in Illustrator it looks fine but KrabzCAM throws up a red line with a large X on it.
Using Blender and the " Outline To SVG" add on Outline To SVG
to Illustrator.

Check the bit size compared to the feature size, the most common cause of this
is using a .25" bit to try and cut a .20" slot. And sometimes CAM plans on there
being a roughing and finishing cut and won’t cut a .25" slot wiht a .25" bit,
thye require some additional clearance on the slot.

When paths are shown in red like this it means they are self crossing.
If you zoom in on the X’es you will probably find some tiny artifacts.
I don’t have any experience with the ‘Outline to SVG’ addon, so I don’t know how to prevent this problem.
But I have had good use of the LeoMoon Bezier2SVG addon. (Requires curve-object with spline-type bezier though)
Maybe you could try that…
