The Maslow maths expects the mount points to be all the same as the Spoil Board height by default. If you raise the mount points you have to let the software know, by adjusting the values for each changed mount in the maslow.yaml file. If the mounting points are lower than the spoil board surface, you can enter a negative value for the spoil board.
The Maslow maths adds the 3 values (arm Z height, Spoil Board and Work Thickness) for each arm and uses the result to compensate for extra belt required when raising the Maslow’s router above the surface when operating. The reason for separating Spoil Board and Work Thickness is to simplify operator calculations. Spoil Board should not change, Work Thickness depends on the actual individual job and may change dependant on material thickness.
