Modifying default frame for frequent disassembly

I am looking for ideas for a frame that will be reasonably quick (around an
hour or less would be acceptable) to put together and tear down for storage. I
am kind of thinking about using the default wooden frame, but use threaded
inserts everywhere screws or bolts go directly into wood. Has anyone done
something like that?

a couple of suggestions are:

I can’t find the thread for the disccusion quickly enough to post a link, but
there’s also a version that uses 6 boards with half-lap joints to make a frame
on top of sawhorses

I haven’t heard of anyone using threaded inserts, but I was thinking of that for
these frames (or bolts that go all the way through)

one thing to watch out for. When you disassemble and reassemble the frame, even
small variations in how square it is will affect your cuts, so you may either
need to do a calibration each time you assemble it, or very carefully measure
diagionals to get it as square as possible (the x frame on sawhorses should be a
bit better for this)
