Are you able to buy a replacement for those small ring bearings that hold the bungee cord in place on top of the frame? I had one shear in half and the bearings fell out. I didn’t see an option to buy these alone on the website. Also have trouble trying to find something similar to size at the hardware store.

Weren’t folks using clothesline pulleys from home depot to do the same thing?

I think so. They would certainly work well.
If you have access to a 3D Printer you can find lots of options on Thingiverse
