Was just jogging the machine around, and noticed that pressing the red square (stop button?) didn’t stop the motion of the sled. Wasn’t a problem in my case, but curious what the best way to stop the machine is? Worried if I unplug it I’ll lose my home and won’t be able to realign the cuts to continue the job. Thanks!
That is a limitation of FluidNC (the motion control system that Maslow uses). It will continue the movements in it’s buffer before fully stopping. Pause will halt the machine immediately.
It’s an annoying limitation that we’re working to fix right now!
