Made the change to the pi and its working
can you screenshot your pi or take a picture of the error message when it does not load? What is the command you are using to start webcontrol on the pi?

Could improper calibration affect the motors not keeping up at the top? I hooked up a 750 watt computer power supply and still cant move at the top.
How heavy is your sled?

You sir, are a genius. I forgot I added weight and never changed the default weight. I removed the weight and away it goes again

I just read these forums for fun so I come across a quite a few postings from the real geniuses.
I’m just happy I was able to get my Maslow up and going without too many issues.
The force on the motors is at its highest when the sled it top center. This is were heavy sleds bog down. Here is a handy Excel to caculate changes in force from sled and frame modifications. I believe @dlang created it.
