Z-axis calibration in ground control

Hi does anyone know how to change the z-axis speed/calibration in ground control? I have a metal Maslow new kit and the z-axis goes way too far, it is way more than my g-code is telling it to do.

There are two relivant settings. One is for the pitch of the thread (how far it moves for one rotation) and the other is for how many pulses the encoder on the z-axis motor sends per rotation. @metalmaslow should be able to give you the exact settings which will be correct.

It should also be pretty safe to just mess with the settings until you get results that you like (ie move it one inch and see if it actually moves one inch)
