The Z-axis cable needs a little support to take the load off the 6-pin socket. One way to do this is to wrap tape around the wire and the motor so that the wire is supported by the tape. This gets tedious if you have to disconnect the cable for whatever reason, e.g. calibration, or changing sleds.
I designed and printed a simple clip that wraps around the motor and holds the cable. Pictures attached.
