We are new to 3d printing. The z axis keeps going down during calibration. Firmware is updated. Cura and Arduino is installed on computer. Not sure where to go from here.
This sounds like maybe the wrong forum? We don’t make 3D printers 
its discontinued, makermade based it off the m2 which i believe is discontinued. thought i might try here in the other section.

Gotcha. MakerMade is a different company which sells copies of some of our designs, but that 3D printer is copied from someone else.
You are welcome to post here, and maybe find a solution but I’d look for where they got that 3D printer design from and see if there is any info there, or maybe try the MakerMade facebook group?

makermade made a slmost-clone of the original maslow, but they don’t post here
much (there have been problems between them and the maslow company), I don’t
think it’s likely that anyone here is going to be able to provide much help,
