My 4.0 has hit my own critical mass in issues that I think would possibly be resolved w/ the upgrade kit plus a couple parts. I’ve been checking the 4.1 upgrade kit for a few weeks and it’s been out of stock.
Is there a target for when it’ll be back in stock? I ended up hand-painting and jigsaw cutting a recent project because my 4.0 kept croaking and I think I’ve reached the limits of what hot glue can do for the encoders plus I’d like to replace some other stuff at the same time I do the upgrade.
They will hopefully be back in stock next week, although I told someone that last week too. They are manufactured and in the mail so it should be pretty soon!
Ok, thanks! If you ever have an option to enable a ‘notify me when this comes back in stock’ option in your store front-end or something, I might not be the only person to appreciate it.

PS, picture of the no-CNC hand-cut and painted project (I like to usually use my Maslow to help mark my paint areas w/ a light touch in addition to doing the cut-outs) w/ 1/2” CDX was a handful for sure, my ambition definitely exceeded my ability.
I did some digging and there are shopify plugins which do this, but they all seem to steal everyones data which I don’t feel great about. I wish that there was a built in option, I’ll keep digging!
Similar to notify - in this case i’d be happy to backorder (and whole order doesn’t dispatch till everything is in stock) these, but I don’t know how often other people would use it.
I have both the 4.0 and 4.1. The 4.0 is more reliable in my situation once you get the Ethernet cables jammed in place. I might just have a bad batch of 4.1 boards…
