So at 2 feet from the center, I am cutting circles that are reliably 2.5 mm different between the horizontal and vertical axis. They look weird but it means that they are .6mm or so off in each direction. Pretty good really. Not sure what to do with this info but here are pictures. The cutting finish on the edges of plywood are nice.
I really want to figure out feeds and speeds better but there are so many variables. I have started a bit library and a materials library in the docs section of the repository but not really sure how to document or what to write. Maybe just a list of what has worked for people starts us sketching out some reference points.
This was 3/4 in ply 1/8 two edge straight bit 700 sideways four passes. I slowed the dewalt down to number 3. It made for a slow cut but nice edges. I think I could go faster travel and more aggressive depth. The splitting at the bottom was because my bit was not long enough
