The firmware is already on the Arduino. No need to upload it again.
And how connect the groundcontrol i choise my com8?
GroundControl will not work with the Due board. You should use Makerverse. https://youtu.be/HsnEQgeWrmI Yes, COM8 seems to be the port you have the board connected to. Set 38400 Baud.
