The official name seems to be lattice hinge

I started to prepare a workflow to calculate the design of the lattice as function of the curve dimensions, material properties, … I plan to test it on 18mm plywood

I did, but it was a long time ago and I no longer have it so am unable to show a photo. Mine was done on a laser cutter, but I gather one can change the parameters on the
makercase.com webUI to account for the larger kerf of the Maslow’s router. If you give it a try I’d be keen to hear how you get on
