Hello, I soaped the bottom of the sled to prevent jerking movements. It was fine until the retract function made the machine fall off the table. A servo motor took the shock and I had to reassemble it with its reduction gearbox. Now the blue light is flashing and this motor no longer reacts to the extension function. What can I do?
When I reverse the RJ45 cables, I have no reaction. I think the motor is stuck.
Maybe I should buy a new motor? Any advice?
There was nothing broken, which proves that the machine is well designed. Even at the engine level, just the gearbox was just a little deformed at the two screws that connect it to the engine.
the only difference i see is the axle sticking out at the top of the motor is slightly recessed.
Edit: Disassembled again, the gearbox was not turning well, by manipulating the gears, I unblocked it. The engine turns again with its gearbox. It is noisyā¦
If its noisy I would just buy another motor. Sounds like it is running on a wing and a prayer, so better to buy the spare now and be able to swap it out when the gearbox tears itself to bits.
You would probably want to buy another arm and maybe even an encoder too, the threadlocked bolts seem to stay in place pretty well so you might trash those trying to pull the motor off them
The engine itself is intact. I think some dust got into the gears of the gearbox. I looked for the reference written on the engine but Iām not sure. Does anyone have a link, preferably aliexpress? THANKS!

Pictures please, there is no gearbox that dist can get in.
The engine and its gearbox are assembled by screws and when it fell, they slightly deformed the part of the engine in which they are screwed, which left a gap between the engine and the gearbox. Since there is no protection, I think some dust got in there. I didnāt take a photo. I just reformed the flat on the motor side and fiddled with the gears so they werenāt stuck.
Iām just saying that Iām having trouble finding an identical engine.

The arm motors for the maslow 4 are a custom order (a longer shaft than normal
so that there can be a bearing to support it on the other side)
