Bug? Release tension works on random belts

Sometimes when I click release tension all 4 belts go completely limp… other times only 3 of 4; other times 2 of 4… this time I’m clicking Release more than 4 times to get them fully released.

Does maslow keep track of how much belt it is letting out?

I presume maslow knows how much tension their is?

Just trying to think of things maslow could check to make sure tension is actually released.

Release tension works in the same way that extending the belts works where it will extend the belts only if they are being pulled on.

If some belts are already slightly loose then it won’t make them extend more.

I’ve never had to tug on them; they auto loosen. I’ll try tugging them next time. I think a no tug option would be better as it saves you the trouble of tugging each one of them. One less thing to do

I thought release tension just ran things out for a given amount of time. I’ve
also had to hit release tension a few times to get them to loosen at times.

Release tension puts the arms into comply mode (like when extending the belts) for .5 seconds.

We played around with running things out for a set amount of time, but it could lead to belts getting tangled or creating lose spots on the inside of the spool.

I think that we only want to extend if we know there is some pulling force.
